Included in Furnace/Boiler Service

Check furnace or boiler for the presence of carbon monoxide at the time check is performed.
Check combustion camber/heat exchanger conditions.
Check burner flame for proper characteristics including gas and air adjustment; and clean burner if necessary at no additional cost.
Check pilot/ignitor operation: clean pilot if necessary.
- Check pilot safety timing and replaced thermocouple if necessary.
- Check furnace filters and indicate proper size.
- Check and oil motors as required. Replace belts, if necessary (cost of belt is extra).
- Check operational control sequence, which includes safety controls and thermostat.
- Check condition of vent pipe to chimney and draft intensity.
- Remove dust, scale and soot from burner compartment Pilot burner, Flame rod/Sensor.
- Provide a written record of furnace or boiler tune-up.
- Provide answers to your questions on operating and maintaining furnace efficiency.
- Any additional parts or the labor to install them is not included.
- Heat exchanger cleaning is not included.
